The environmental-friendly and green packaging paper project with an annual production capacity of 450,000 tons that was initially launched by the company has a total investment of 850 million yuan. The paper width is 5650mm and the working speed is 1000m/min. It is one of the most productive, largest-scale, and most advanced papermaking production lines for cowhide carton paper in Zhejiang Province at present. The main equipment of the entire pulping line is provided by the American KBC company with rich experience in OCC waste paper processing, and is supplemented by the advanced thermal dispersion system from Cellwood Company. This ensures the stability of the pulp quality of the pulping line. The paper machine is manufactured by Finnish Metso and is equipped with advanced key equipment such as dilution water pulp box, boot-type pressing and controllable medium-high heat roller hard sizing. Especially, the entire production line is equipped with advanced and complete DCS and QCS systems, which improves the process control accuracy and ensures the stability and superiority of product quality. The German BHS Star Five-Layer Corrugated Paperboard Production Line has a maximum speed of 300 meters per minute and an annual production capacity of up to 100 million square meters. This production line adopts the most advanced international production techniques, has an extremely high level of intelligence, is equipped with QDM, and can remember and retrieve production data for orders to ensure stable operation; at the same time, the corrugating rollers are installed by clamps and heated around, and changing the corrugating rollers can be done in the fastest 15 minutes, greatly improving the efficiency of changing corrugated sheets. The French BOBST (Boest) FFG 8.20 Fully Automatic Box Production Line has a production speed of 24,000 boxes per hour and only requires 3 people to operate the machine easily, making it the first of its kind in China of this type of box production line. The entire line has a quick setup function, requiring only 1 to 2 minutes to complete order changes, and can produce high-efficiency rule-cut boxes according to production rules, with functions such as SOC (single order completed, the next order automatically arrives), five-color printing, and automatic printing error correction. |
